前言：

中国船舶工业是国家重点支持发展的产业之一。经过近几年来的长足发展，中国造船业在世界民用船舶市场上居世界第三位，约占15%左右的市场份额。我国的世界造船订单持有量，由过去的7％，一跃上升到31％以上，排名跃升至前三位，。进入21世纪，国家对我国船舶工业提出了明确的目标，到2015年，造船总量达2400万载重吨，占世界市场份额的35%，在吨位方面达到世界第一，成为世界第一造船大国。
   浙江省是我国造船大省，其独特的区域优势、雄厚的产业优势和密集的科研优势，为浙江船舶制造及配套业奠定了良好的基础条件。依据这一系列雄伟战略规划，浙江省将成为我国最重要的造船工业基地之一。

目前中国实力最雄厚的大连船舶重工集团已经跃升为世界第5大造船公司，上海外高桥造船厂也进入了前10名。还有众多民间热钱开始迅速涌入这一行业，在浙江省4300公里海岸线上，目前已经集聚了由民营企业投资的500多家船舶制造厂，我省还计划在未来几年兴建十大造船基地，总投资额将超过100亿元。

据《浙江省“十一五”船舶工业发展规划》预计2020年全省造船能力将达到800万载重吨、年产量650万载重吨、具备30万吨级船舶及海洋工程的制造能力；修船坞容量达500万载重吨，具备船舶改装设计的能力；届时浙江省将成为我国乃至世界最重要的造修船工业基地之一。

发展船舶制造工业，也是宁波市“十一五规划”中五大临港工业的重点扶持工业之一，目前，宁波民间资本抓住世界造船中心东移的历史性机遇，正在全力打造长三角南翼修造船重镇。

“去年全市共交付了80艘大型船舶，总吨位65万吨，其中三分之一为出口船舶。这几年随着大量民间资本的涌入，宁波市造船能力上了一个大台阶，预计到‘十一五’末，全市年修造船总吨位将超过200万吨。

中国宁波国际船舶工业展览会暨研讨会是第四届中国国际机电工业博览会的重要组成部分，旨在：促进浙江造船业与国际航运业的接轨；为船舶制造、船舶配套供需双方提供一个直接交易的平台，为船舶制造及配套企业提供技术、信息等交流的机会。

游艇及技术设备：游艇、摩托艇、电力推进艇、水陆二用船艇、体育运动艇、游览观光船艇、脚踏艇等。高速艇及工程船艇：水翼艇、地效应翼船、气垫船、高速客船等设计、开发及咨询服务、游艇俱乐部等

Preface：

The Chinese shipbuilding industry is one of the industry supported and developed by nation emphatically. Through recent years of great progress, the Chinese shipbuilding industry takes the No.3 place in the world civil ship market, having about 15% of market share. Chinese holding quantity of world's shipbuilding orders increased from 7% to over 31%, jumping into the first three places. Entering 21th century, the state puts forward the explicit requirements to Chinese shipbuilding industry those the total quantity of shipbuilding should reach 24 million DWT in 2015, accounting for 35% of global market share and reach the first in the world in tonnage, becoming the world first-class shipbuilding country.

Zhejiang is the province of shipbuilding in China. Its superiorities of unique region, rich industries and dense researches lay a good foundation for ship manufacture and equipment sector in Zhejiang. With this series of great strategic plannings, Zhejiang will be one of the most important industrial bases for the shipbuilding of China.

Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Corporation, which is now the most powerful of China, has topped the fifth largest shipbuilding corporation in the world, and Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipyard has come into the top 10 as well. In addition, as considerable civilian hot money begin to flow into the trade quickly, there have been more than 500 shipbuilding factories, which are invested by nongovernmental enterprises, gathered along the 4300km long coastline of Zhejiang province. And our province is going to construct ten large shipbuilding bases, exceeding a total investment amount of RMB10 billion.

According to “The Development Planning of Shipbuilding Industry in Zhejiang during Eleventh Five-Year Plan ”, it is expected that the shipbuilding capacity of the whole province will reach 8 million dwt, and 6.5 million dwt per year, having the 300,000-ton manufacturing capability of ship and marine engineering. The capacity of ship-repair dock will reach 5 million dwt, having the ability of the modification design of ships. By then, zhejiang province will be one of the most important shipbuilding and ship repairing industry bases n our country and even the world.

It is also one of five facing-port industries supported especially on ″the 11th -five -year plan″ of Ningbo to develop shiping manufacture industry. At present, nongovernmental capital in Ningbo hold on the historic opporturnity that the world center of shipbuilding is transferring to east, endeavoring to create an important city of ship repairing and making in the south of Changjiang Delta District.

Last year, the whole city delivered 80 large scale ships in all, one-third of which were exported ships, and the overall tonnage was 650,000 tons.

China Ningbo International Shipbuilding Industry Exhibition & Seminar is an important part of the 4th China International Electromechanical Industry Show, aimming to: promot Zhejiang shipbuilding industry in line with international shipping industry; provid a platform of direct transactions between the vendors and purchasers to ship building and ship matching, and the opportunity of exchangeses of technology and information to ship building and matching enterprises.
